Job description

The Administrative Support role for the Center for Memory & Aging provides comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of a multidisciplinary clinical, research, and education program focused on memory disorders in older adults. This position serves as the primary administrative resource for the Center, supporting the Center Director, faculty, and affiliated staff, while also contributing to the coordination of activities related to the NIH-funded Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC) and other grants.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations such as purchasing, inventory control, data entry, and general office coordination. The role acts as the first point of contact for incoming communications, including phone triage, and ensures inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
