Coordinates disk space planning and management. Maintains growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries, and software and hardware inventory. Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements. Responsibilities:
The person in this position will: Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting. Maintains production change control schedule and participates in change control. Schedules application installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Implements application enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work
Work Schedule / Hybrid: Monday and Friday - remote; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office.
  • Installs and upgrades system software and related tools/utilities
  • Plans and manages system resource needs
  • Controls and monitors user access to system
  • Designs and administers system backup and recovery processes
  • Designs and administers system configurations
  • Support system operations
  • Monitors and optimizes system performance
  • Modify system configuration/components, as needed, to address performance Issues
  • Support application development activities, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating System Deployment and Management with Microsoft SCCM and Intune)
  • Strong application packaging and software distributions skills
  • Experience with Intune and co-management (SCCM + Intune hybrid environments)
  • Azure AD / Hybrid AD configurations and device management
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies
  • 3-5+ years hands-on experience Intune/SCCM administration in enterprise environments
  • 2nd/3rd level support for Windows Operating systems environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication for working across security, infrastructure, and client teams
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related certifications
  • Strong PowerShell automation

Remote: Open to remote applicants in the United States, except for the following states: California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington and Wyoming
Hybrid: In office expected for individuals within 60 Miles of Albuquerque every Tues, Wed, Thurs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience.
  • 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced understanding of PC fundamentals and experience with MS-DOS, MS-Windows, and PC office automation products
