Job Summary:

  • The Supply Chain Analyst has a first responsibility to protect quality, customer service, and revenue in line with our CREDO through ensuring a smooth inbound flow of material and inventory allocation decisions

  • He/She will be responsible for managing the regional S&OP process, ensuring overall alignment with the global Franchise S&OP Process. He/she will be responsible for alignment on an accurate regional consensus forecast, developing demand scenarios (risks &opportunities), supporting regional marketing in developing product portfolio plans, as well as overall metric improvement actions. He/she builds collaborative partnerships with both commercial and supply chain partners and ensures that community of country Demand Planners are informed and aligned with Franchise strategies, supporting consistency in approach through the country S&OP process.

  • This individual will report to the Global Biosurgery Plan Senior Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for End to End Supply/Demand Planning for Biosurgery Products

  • Executes comprehensive analysis of internal/external supply chains to develop and implement continuous improvements that deliver target service levels while achieving inventory objectives and optimizing total costs

  • Responsible for sharing forecast requirements with supply planning partners, and working with them to align on a balanced production strategy to meet Customer Service and Inventory targets

  • Support analysis and continuous SLOB improvement projects

  • Support weekly MPS Review call with Global and Regional Demand Planning teams to review impact of demand and supply plans throughout the supply chain network and account for demand variability in supply planning processes.

  • Support monthly Internal S&OP meeting with cross-functional team to share supplier strategies, performance, key initiatives, and inventory impact.

  • Collaborates with Suppliers on long term supplier capacity, supplier performance, and various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University Degree required; (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or Operations) is required

  • Masters degree (preferred)

Experience:

Required:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of Supply Chain, Operations, and/or other business experience is required

  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems/issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure positive results is required

  • Ability to use complex spreadsheets during analysis, scenario planning, or issue resolution is required

  • Understanding of performance trade-offs across supply chain to support decisions on the best use of limited resources

  • Ability to build strong relationships, considering diverse perspectives & different styles. Ability to work independently in a matrix environment, with a strong sense of urgency and with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all supply chain function areas is required including proficiency preparing and delivering presentations

  • Ability to develop strategies for analysis, to build data collection plans, to interpret data, to transform data into information, to draw conclusions, and to present and execute proposals supported by the analysis

  • Ability to utilize the planning systems to gather key data needed to drive business decisions

  • Excellent organization, project management, influencing, and communication skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required

  • SAP experience is preferred

  • Scenario planning experience is preferred

  • APICS/FPX certification is preferred.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
