Senior Accountant

As our organization continues to expand, we're looking for a Senior Accountant who wants more than a traditional accounting role. What You'll Do:

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day accounting function while helping us build scalable financial processes for the future.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial data

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Assist with inventory accounting and periodic inventory counts

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership

Assist with audit preparation and supporting documentation

Evaluate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Support optimization of accounting systems, including Sage Intacct and Ramp

Assist with Accounts Payable responsibilities

Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3-5 years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in both public and private accounting

Inventory accounting experience

Sage Intacct or comparable ERP experience

Experience with intercompany accounting
