BT Project Analyst Sr in  GAC Savannah


Unique Skills:

·  Support the Program Manager in preparing executive-ready presentations, program updates, and briefing materials for VP, Sr. VP, and Program Leadership Team audiences

·  Develop and maintain concise, outcome-focused program artifacts (status decks, milestone views, financial summaries, risk/issue summaries)

·  Coordinate with Business Technology (BT) teams to gather, validate, and synthesize inputs across applications, infrastructure, data, and digital initiatives

·  Assist in the consolidation and maintenance financial inputs from multiple BT and business teams

·  Support enterprise transformation programs by integrating inputs across multiple workstreams into a single, cohesive program-level updates

·  Coordinate working sessions, checkpoints, and reviews with cross-functional stakeholders as directed by the Program Manager

·  Track and manage program action items, meeting minutes, decisions, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues as appropriate

·  Support program governance activities, including documentation, cadence management, and adherence to BT and enterprise program standards

·  Ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control of program materials across PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams repositories


 

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 3 years of experience within IT or other relevant business disciplines.Proficiency with Project Management Tools.Specific and in-depth expertise in one or more complex enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, PLM).. Master's Degree may be used to offset one (1) year of experience; PhD may offset two (2) years of experience. Position Purpose:This is a project management role within the Gulfstream Business Technology organization. Responsible for planning and executing projects according to Business Technology and business requirements. Scope of work includes project objectives, scheduling / planning, resource loading & estimation, budget, execution coordination, project metrics, and management presentations to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC).
  2. Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc.
  3. Plan and manage cutover activities during any new project or sustaining deployment.
  4. Assists in the preparation and review of Statements of Work (SOW) describing project scope, deliverables, assumptions, and estimated costs. Ensures the SOW meets the expectations of the business.
  5. Assists with the development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and skills required. to develop and implement applications.
  6. Manages scope change requests and quality reviews.
  7. Manages small projects under general supervision using standard project management protocols.
Additional Functions:
  1. Consults with business unit management and reviews proposals to determine goals, timeline, budget, procedures, staffing requirements and assignment of resources. .
  2. Excellent presentation design and delivery skills. .
  3. Participates in design reviews for implementation projects. .
  4. Analyzes and evaluates results of project activities before preparing recommendations for changes and compilation of necessary reports. .
  5. Demonstrated competence in risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering. .
