The position fosters associate development through coaching and mentoring while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. Collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, the Senior Manager ensures informed decision-making and continuous advancement of program objectives to deliver measurable business results.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
