This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.Your Impact- Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues. - Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program. - Team Management: Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met. - Issue Resolution: Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities. - Financial Management: Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance. - Value Realization: Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.
