Wil jij werken aan complexe industriële installaties én tegelijkertijd een team aansturen? Als Voorman Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie bij Bilfinger werk je op grote onderhouds- en projectlocaties in de petrochemische industrie in de regio Rotterdam.
Je combineert meewerkend voormanschap met coördinatie en voorbereiding. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. Daarbij ben je de verbindende schakel tussen monteurs, uitvoerder en projectleider. Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, zichtbaarheid én doorgroeikansen richting Uitvoerder of Projectleider.
Jouw werkzaamheden
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team E&I‑monteurs
  • Meewerken aan elektrotechnische en instrumentatiewerkzaamheden in het veld
  • Inbrengen van praktische kennis tijdens de werkvoorbereiding
  • Plannen en coördineren van personeel, materieel en materialen
  • Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten
  • Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsregels, ATEX‑richtlijnen en werkvergunningen
  • Organiseren en leiden van toolboxmeetings en werkoverleggen
  • Afstemmen met uitvoerder, projectleider en opdrachtgever
  • Inzetten en begeleiden van onderaannemers en uitzendkrachten
  • Bijhouden van meer‑ en minderwerk en rapporteren van voortgang
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en nette oplevering van het werk

  • In het bezit van VCA‑VOL of bereid dit via Bilfinger te behalen
