Primary Care Physician
Dallas, TX ( Arlington 76017)
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: ~$245K Base Salary + 20% Bonus Structure + Additional monthly compensation for NP/PA supervision
About the Role
Our client is a premier outpatient primary care network dedicated to a value-based care model. In this role, you will focus entirely on patient outcomes and quality of care rather than volume or RVU pressures. You will provide comprehensive clinical care to a diverse patient base—focusing primarily on adults and the senior population—alongside a collaborative team of nurse practitioners and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: See a manageable volume of 18 to 20 patients per day for preventive care, acute treatments, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough physical exams, order/interpret laboratory, and diagnostic studies, and build individualized treatment plans.
  • Care Coordination: Partner and coordinate smoothly with specialists to optimize advanced patient treatment journeys.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants (earning additional monthly stipends per direct report).
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation within the EHR system.

Qualifications
  • Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
  • Experience: Prior practice in an outpatient primary care or clinic setting; experience supervising mid-level providers is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct "well woman exams"
  • Prior experience supervising's NP's
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities, excellent patient communication, and proficiency with EHR systems. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
