Are you a dedicated clinical leader with a passion for providing high-quality patient care? TeamHealth is seeking a facility medical director to join our team in the Alamo and Brownsville, Tennessee, areas. Competitive compensation with an estimated range of $110 to $110 hourly with no cap on productivity income potential, plus leadership stipend. 
About the Role
  • Part-time (10 days/month) rounding in a rural health community clinic
  • No call
  • Physician leadership position with growth opportunities
  • Autonomy, strong earning potential, and comprehensive support

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
  • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
  • Clinical oversight supervising one to two nurse practitioners

Support and Development
  • 3-month onboarding program with dedicated mentor
  • Access to Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA) Guidance from industry-leading clinical experts

Key Responsibilities
