Join us as a Healthcare Sales Associate. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, tours, and the sales process to admission. You will also oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers, acting as a liaison between departments and residents while ensuring confidentiality of resident information.

How you will make an impact
  • Responds to customer inquiries (phone and walk-in), answering questions about the community, priority list, reservation process, and admissions process. Determines customer needs, assists in appointments with the Health Care Sales Director, and conducts sales appointments and tours.
  • Manages all activities related to; move-ins, move-outs, and transfers within Continuing Care (Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care). Coordinates details relevant to these processes with other community departments.
  • Verifies financial information for official documentation and assists customers in the application process
  • Coordinates with General Services staff on room refurbishing, room keys, and work order process.
  • Executes apartment releases and move-in advice forms for all residents and notifies departments of vacated units.
  • Oversees daily census distribution process
  • Serves as a representative for Continuing Care Sales when interfacing with hospital staff, physicians, and other professional referral sources.

What you will need
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience required
  • Proficiency in computer skills
