Location: Piscataway, NJ
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift – 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman Assistant with a background in the plastics industry to support our 3rd shift injection molding operations in Piscataway, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a plastic manufacturing environment and a basic understanding of injection molding processes. This role will assist with troubleshooting injection molding machines, monitoring production, and supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Training will be provided for company-specific processes and procedures. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Foreman with daily injection molding production activities
  • Help troubleshoot injection molding machines and identify production issues
  • Monitor machine operation, production output, and product quality
  • Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
  • Support packing and production lines when needed
