PROJECT MANAGER – PRISMA HEALTH

Role Summary:

Morrison Healthcare is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our food and nutrition operations across the Prisma Health system.

This role will manage multiple projects and initiatives, working closely with Operations, system leadership, and our Prisma Health partners. You’ll help keep projects organized, teams connected, and priorities moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, comfortable working with leadership, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives across the Prisma Health system
  • Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and goals
  • Manage projects from kickoff through completion and lessons learned
  • Partner with Operations and system leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Support process improvements across Prisma Health locations
  • Coordinate new account openings and operational needs
  • Create presentations, project updates, proposals, and leadership materials
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, status calls, and project closeouts
  • Track project performance, deadlines, risks, and key metrics
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain project documents, tools, trackers, and resources
  • Build strong relationships with Prisma Health and Morrison Healthcare partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and support business growth
  • Support and mentor team members on project and stakeholder management
  • Help drive change through communication, collaboration, and leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of project management, system-level operations, or related experience
  • Restaurant, hospitality, foodservice, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
  • Comfortable working with leaders at all levels of an organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
