About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Human ResourceGeneralist to administer and execute human resource programs andstrategy. In this position, you will perform tasks related tocompensation and benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions,training, and employee engagement. This role requires a Bachelor'sdegree and a minimum of five years of Human Resource experience or aMaster's degree in Human Resource Management and two years in thefield. SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine tasks to administer and execute human resourceprograms including compensation, benefits, unemployment hearings,leave processes, disciplinary matters, investigations, andperformance management.
  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies,processes, training, initiatives, and engagement surveys to supportHR compliance and strategy.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures for company personnel,increasing HR outreach and employee engagement through site visitsand driver ride-alongs.
  • Perform benefits administration, including open enrollment, claimsresolution, and benefit communications.
  • Manage leave administration, including FMLA and LOA, using systemsand software.
  • Provide coaching and counseling on discipline, terminations,conflicts, job transfers, and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, andretention strategies, conducting research and organizational trend analysis.
  • Administer and monitor the performance evaluation program,assisting leadership in addressing performance concerns.
  • Support administration and monitoring of safety and HR policies,including PPE and Uniform Programs.
  • Facilitate community outreach efforts to involve Benore LogisticSystems, Inc. in local events for brand recognition.
  • Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Complete company development, safety, and compliance training.
  • Adhere to BLS policies, DOT, OSHA safety regulations, and C-TPATbest practices.
  • Follow workplace processes supporting ISO-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 quality certification programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five years of Human Resource experienceor a Master's degree and two years in the field, or a similarcombination of education and experience.
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word,PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Strong HRIS technology skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in afast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and mature business judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Class D driver's license required, and candidate must be eligiblefor insurance under company policies.
