They may work in private homes, assisted living facilities, or other care settings to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. Senior Helpers can also offer specialized care for individuals with conditions like dementia or mobility challenges, tailoring their services to meet each person's unique needs.

Job description

American Senior Benefits is one of the nation’s leading retirement planning organizations, helping clients with Medicare, life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and retirement income strategies.

Overland Park is home to experienced professionals who value excellence, relationships, and long-term success. If you’re already licensed but feel limited by a captive product line, declining commissions, lack of support, or a ceiling on your growth, we’d like to have a conversation.

We provide the leads, products, compensation, marketing support, and leadership so you can focus on what you do best—serving clients and growing your business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Meet with pre-retirees and retirees to provide customized insurance and retirement planning solutions.

Utilize access to hundreds of top-rated carriers to recommend solutions based on client needs—not company quotas.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.

Grow your personal book of business while collaborating with an experienced local leadership team.

Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training.

Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.

Represent American Senior Benefits with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to putting clients first.
