What You Bring Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, Business Intelligence, or financial systems within healthcare or financial environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using:
    • Tableau
    • SSRS
    • Power BI or similar visualization platforms

What You'll Do Financial Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SSRS.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Transform complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and executive-level insights.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through forecasting, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
  • Develop advanced analytical models including:
    • Predictive models
    • Risk models
    • Optimization models

Data & Systems Management

  • Build and maintain scalable data models and reporting pipelines using SQL and related technologies.
  • Pull and analyze data from healthcare EMR/EHR platforms and financial systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across enterprise reporting systems.
  • Determine system specifications and evaluate software/hardware compatibility requirements.
  • Continuously assess and improve BI tools, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as a liaison between Finance, IT, Operations, and business teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives requiring financial and systems expertise.
  • Support self-service analytics by creating documentation, data dictionaries, and promoting data literacy.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts while providing guidance on reporting best practices.

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $71,000 - $124,000 year depending on experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for comprehensive employee benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
