We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be connecting with our guests and crafting memorable experiences while providing exceptional service. You will be a key point of contact for our guests and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their stay.Â
Responsibilities
Warm Welcome:Â Â
Greet guests with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, displaying a friendly demeanor. Ensure a smooth and seamless check-in while delivering a personalized guest experience.
Passion for Hospitality:Â Â
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their overall experience through-out their stay. Assist guests with any inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a calm demeanor and a solutions-based approach.
Team-Player:Â Â
Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Foster effective communication to add to the team culture of service.Â
Operational Excellence:Â Â
Uphold and demonstrate our high standards of operational efficiency and effectiveness to manage front office operations. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to better the guest and employee experience.
