- Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction in the restaurant (and FunZone if applicable)
- Assist with the training and development of new and existing team members
- Maintain high food quality and safety standards
- Maintain high operational standards
- Provide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the same
- Build Community Engagement by partnering with other organizations and businesses
- Respond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies with the General Manager for improving our guests' dining experience
- Develop strategies with the General Manager for minimizing waste and lowering food costs
- Develop strategies with the General Manager for driving sales growth and volume in the restaurant and FunZone (where applicable)
- Ensure that the restaurant follows all Pizza Ranch standards every shift
- Reports to the General Manager
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- High school diploma or GED, College Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience required
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
