Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Human Factors Engineer (T03 level) / Sr Principal Human Factors Engineer (T04 level). This position is located in Roy, Utah, and supports the Sentinel program. This role is with the Human Factors and Systems Engineering (HFE) team, working on compliance on the Sentinel program.

This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You'll Get To Do: The selected engineer may be responsible for multiple tasks within requirements, verification, and interfaces for the Sentinel program from an FHE / HSI perspective. The engineer may be responsible for performing tasks dealing with interface definition, requirement decomposition, compliance tracking, verification planning and verification execution.

Basic Qualifications This requisition may be filled at either the Principal Engineer level (T-03) or Sr Principal Engineer level (T-04). Required for Both Levels: Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Demonstrated experience utilizing UI/UX design principles Experience using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project and Engineering Scheduling tools or applications 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience 2+ years working in requirements management tools (e.g

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
