SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

About The Role:

The in-house marketing team of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is growing. Built from the ground up, our 35+ person in-house creative agency develops, designs and delivers some of the most widely distributed marketing for the properties, lifestyles and communities of Utah. 

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity, precision and efficiency intersect. You’ll partner with our advisors and marketing team to create exceptional print and digital marketing while helping elevate the Summit Sotheby’s brand through thoughtful, high-quality design. If you enjoy taking ownership of projects, collaborating with a talented team and delivering work that makes an impact, we'd love to meet you.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and partners closely with marketing and creative leadership, designers and advisors across the organization. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sugar House, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution

  • Balance day-to-day production design with higher-level creative initiatives, offering opportunities to contribute to both high-volume marketing assets and strategic brand-building projects.
  • Lead higher-level creative initiatives, including brand identity development, custom branding, campaign concepting, advertising design and other strategic creative projects.
  • Maintain exceptional design standards while ensuring brand consistency and efficient turnaround times.

Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage a high volume of marketing requests from multiple advisors simultaneously.
  • Communicate proactively throughout each project to ensure expectations, timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Advisor Support

  • Partner closely with advisors to provide both creative and strategic guidance.
  • Help advisors understand marketing services, recommend effective design solutions, answer questions and deliver an exceptional client experience.

File Organization & Maintenance

  • Maintain organized design files, templates and shared assets that support efficiency across the marketing department.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, templates and internal design systems that help the team work smarter and more consistently.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, branding and production design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign with advanced working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and client service skills.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and mentoring junior and mid-level designers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field preferred.
