What You Will Get To Do:
  • Lead the design and development of a wide range of marketing materials, including but not only: digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, whitepapers, event collateral, and infographics.
  • Translate complex financial and technological concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to refine designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

What You Will Bring:
  • Must have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work to be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment (2+ years with master's degree, 5+ years with bachelor's degree, 10+ years with high school diploma).
  • Experience in B2B financial services and technology industries is a significant plus.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) is essential.
  • Advanced skills with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and the ability to create visually impactful and brand‑aligned presentations.
