Description

ATSI is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for U.S. Navy science and technology initiatives. This position provides technical, analytical, and programmatic support to senior government leadership while contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Navy organizations and acquisition or research environments, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with senior government personnel and support high-visibility initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, analytical, and programmatic support for complex Navy programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with strategic planning, program execution, and organizational coordination.
  • Analyze technical and programmatic information to support leadership decision-making.
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve analytical models, processes, and methodologies.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and other executive-level deliverables.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical organizations, Warfare Centers, and other partners.
  • Support senior leadership with planning, assessments, and special projects.
  • Perform other related program support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical program management for U.S. Navy programs.
  • Experience developing and evaluating analytical models, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Experience supporting senior Navy science and technology organizations or leadership on complex technical or programmatic efforts.
  • Experience collaborating with senior government officials and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance is required.

Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 (annualized USD).  This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of ATSI's total compensation package. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.
