Job Summary:
Digital Eclipse Entertainment Partners is a studio dedicated to preserving and revitalizing classic video games. As a Senior Producer, you will lead multiple game projects, manage internal and external teams, and drive production practices to ensure high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead multiple game projects concurrently, balancing priorities and guiding them toward successful, high-quality releases.
โ€ข Manage internal teams and collaborate with key external development partners, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
โ€ข Manage producers and cross-functional collaborators, providing guidance on best practices, production workflows, and remote collaboration strategies.
โ€ข Help define and improve scalable production practices for working with external development teams as DE expands its publishing and co-development capabilities.
โ€ข Act as a key production point of contact on high-profile partnerships, contributing to relationships that support the studioโ€™s continued growth.
โ€ข Share learnings and production strategies with the broader team, fostering cross-discipline understanding and professional development studio-wide.
โ€ข Collaborate with the Head of Production to contribute to early project planningโ€”including scoping, resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
โ€ข Drive the success of projects from pre-production to launch, ensuring strong communication, milestone tracking, and accountability at every phase.
โ€ข Continue developing project management expertise while working with studio management to explore potential opportunities and training programs for SCRUM/Agile certification.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 8+ yearsโ€™ experience in a production role in the videogame industry
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to produce project results across multiple departments
โ€ข Excellent communication skills
โ€ข Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
โ€ข Strong project management skills
โ€ข Great relationship-building skills
โ€ข Solid knowledge of Jira, Google Docs, and MS Office
โ€ข Ability to commute or relocate to the Emeryville, California area
