Project Management Organization& Integration Lead

Summary:

The ZRLPMO& Integration Leadisresponsibleforthe development of ZRL'sPortfolio, Program and ProjectManagementsystems and operations,and for coordinating the integration of newly acquired/added laboratory businesses into ZRL's operating model.As the primaryZRLPMOrepresentative, this positionleadsthe development of theZRLPMOstrategyand partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver effective and efficient operations and a culture of continualimprovement.This positionprovidesoversightof ZRL projects includingproject budgets, capitalexpense planning, governance, and tracking.This positionalsomanagesanddirectsthe work ofproject-related resources within ZRL including (but not limited to) the areasofinternal communicationsandintegrationworkstreams.Overall, this positionworksclosely with the ZRL Leadership Team and other ZRL groups todeliver theorganizationalstrategy via prioritizedand well-managed projects,programs, and integrations.

This roleworkswith cross functional/senior leaders and stakeholders onimplementation of projects andprograms,presentsprogressreportsandintegratesfeedback.This role is also responsible forcommunicating changes and updates to relevant stakeholders, including colleagues and senior management.

Job Duties:

Optimizing ZRL's project environment through development and implementation of PMO management systems and working with ZRL Leadership to deliver strategic projects through effective management and tracking of the entire ZRL portfolio.

Directly manage, support, and direct the work of project management colleagues. Manage contract resources (project managers, consultants related to projects, etc.)

Collaborate with the ZRL Leadership Team to evaluate proposed projects and initiate approved strategic projects, including setting priorities, scoping, timing, and resourcing. Implement and manage systems for project reporting and evaluation.

Coordinate closely with the ZRL Product Management team to align resources and capital, ensuring successful project outcomes and delivery of the ZRL strategy.

Development of project plans and forecasts. During project implementation, oversight of projects including project budgets and tracking of project expenses.

Coordinate and provide project management consulting support for colleagues and groups working on ZRL-related projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead internal communications for ZRL initiatives, including developing communication plans and cadence, drafting and coordinating leadership and stakeholder updates, and supporting change communications for portfolio, program, and integration work.

Coordinating the integration of new laboratory businesses, including establishing integration governance and cadence; developing and maintaining an integrated master plan (workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical path); aligning scope, timelines, resourcing, and budget with ZRL leadership; driving cross-functional execution across Operations, Lab Teams, Facilities, Purchasing, Technology, Quality/Regulatory, and Customer Experience; overseeing integration readiness (people/process/technology), cutover planning, risk/issue management, and decision logs; standardizing processes and operating rhythms to the ZRL operating model; tracking synergy/value realization and performance metrics; and delivering concise stakeholder communications and executive status reporting through stabilization and handoff to operations.

Collaborating with ZRL Technology Program Manager to define and manage all ZRL high-priority projects and ensure that all projects and programs have adequate technology support.

All other projects and work as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree in management or business or in a related field of study, or bachelor's degree high degree of related experience

Experience managing, supporting, and growing a high-performing team

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques for entire project life cycle across all knowledge areas

Proven experience in formal project management (minimum of 4 years) including capital expense management

Experience with successfully managing business integration initiatives

Experience with the development and management of programs and processes

Experience in communicating and working with all types of stakeholders, including leadership

Expert knowledge and experience with change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Experience with development of communication plans and coordinating implementation of the plans

Background in solving large and complex stakeholder issues successfully by collaborating with senior leaders

Technical Skills Required:

Ability to analyze data and recommend actions and/or changes based on analysis

Ability to effectively negotiate scope, resources and schedule changes with stakeholders

Leadership and general management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convince other strong personalities of their ideas and work with many partners in solving a problem

Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts

Attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results

Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management software

Physical Position Requirements:

Mustbe able to work on a computer for majority of work

Must be able toeffectivelycollaborate with colleagues and reports remotely

Must be able & willing to travel (up to 25% at times)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $182,000. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives
