Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Fully REMOTE - working mostly East Coast/Central hours
Compensation up to $185,000+ depending on location, experience and skills

Join a mission-driven team building and scaling a modern application platform that supports healthcare professionals. In this role, you will develop secure, scalable web applications and services, enhance platform performance and reliability, and drive technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
-    Design and develop full stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, and Python.
-    Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with external partners.
-    Create responsive, accessible user experiences and scalable backend services.
-    Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
-    Improve platform reliability, security, monitoring, and operational performance.
-    Lead technical design efforts, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
-    Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
-    7+ years of full stack software development experience.
-    3+ years of experience with Golang and/or Python for backend development.
-    Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development skills.
-    Experience building RESTful APIs and working with modern frameworks such as React, Django, Gin, or Gorm.
-    Strong SQL and data modeling experience; PostgreSQL preferred.
-    Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
-    Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
-    Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, testing, and secure software development practices.
Preferred:
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-   Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Linux, and cloud-native architectures.
