Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable full stack and microservices-based architectures
  • Advanced understanding of application architecture principles, design patterns, and system integration
  • Strong knowledge of backend development, API design, and distributed systems
  • Front-end expertise in building modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, and CSS
  • Deep experience with SQL/PLSQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) strongly preferred

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of application delivery, from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment
  • Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
  • Resolve complex, high-impact technical challenges through deep analysis of business processes, system flows, and industry standards
  • Provide architectural guidance and ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and high-performing
