- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, including designing, building, and delivering enterprise applications and scalable platform solutions.
- Familiarity with build, and deploy mechanism, CI/CD pipelines and disciplined version control approach.

This position is a range of salary grades 7.
Grade 7: $99,600 - $166,600
*Note: This is a hybrid role, you are expected to relocate if you are not within commutable distance, and responsible to be on site 4 days a week

What you'll do...
Full-Stack Development: Build scalable APIs, backend services, and microservice architectures that enable seamless communication between enterprise platforms, connected systems, and cloud applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver iterative product enhancements, validate solutions quickly, and continuously improve platform capabilities.
Drive architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across full-stack development, system integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.
Collaborate across engineering, business and operations teams to ensure reliable deployments, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of high-impact software solutions.
