We are rebuilding our entire web platform from the ground up and are looking for a developer to help build it.

Our current thinking is a modern stack built around:

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Headless CMS architecture
  • Vercel
  • PostgreSQL
  • AI-assisted development workflows

We are not committed to a specific stack and welcome recommendations from experienced developers.

This role can be either a full-time position or a contract engagement. We're primarily focused on finding the right person.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with company leadership and our website strategy team to build a next-generation web platform capable of supporting:

  • Product launches
  • Technical documentation
  • Developer resources
  • Content marketing
  • Lead generation
  • Customer education
  • Future web applications and customer portals

The website architecture, design, SEO/GEO strategy, content planning, and project management will be handled by other team members. Your focus is building great software.

Responsibilities

  • Build the new website platform from the ground up
  • Develop reusable React and Next.js components
  • Implement designs and page layouts from Figma
  • Build CMS-driven content systems and page templates
  • Integrate APIs, databases, analytics, forms, and third-party services
  • Optimize site speed, scalability, and maintainability
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain production infrastructure
  • Build new features and functionality as the platform evolves
  • Help shape technical architecture and development standards

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience building production websites and web applications
  • Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and modern web development practices
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms
  • Experience designing scalable application architecture
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and modern deployment workflows
  • Ability to move quickly, solve problems independently, and deliver high-quality work

Why Trossen Robotics?

Physical AI is creating one of the largest technology shifts since the internet. The companies building robots need modern software platforms to support customers, developers, researchers, and future products.

You'll have the opportunity to help build that foundation from the ground up while working alongside a team at the center of the Physical AI industry.
