Job Summary:
Readily is a rapidly growing company focused on transforming healthcare compliance with AI technology. They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their founding team, where the candidate will take ownership of projects from customer discovery to product launch, directly impacting the future of healthcare compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
• Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences.
• Work across the stack: from front-end flows → backend APIs → AI model integrations.
• Partner directly with customers - discovery, iteration, launch, and support.
• Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability.

• Strong across frontend + backend: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres.
