Job Description
Capital Development has an open position for a full time Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst. This individual must have good understanding of solar or construction industry and be very comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding environment with challenges and direction coming from multiple departments. Ideal candidate must be very organized, calm, and work well with others to achieve success. Must have at least 3 plus years minimum experience in financial analysis and accounting.
Senior Financial & Accounting Analyst is a key member of the leadership team and will provide direction and oversight for the financial, physical, and operational management of the organization and serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team on the growth and development of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
Strategic Planning to support organizational growth
Develop and manage an operating budget and the annual capital budget
Financial reporting and projections including risk and opportunity assessments
Accounting and investment management
Compliance with financial standards and annual audit & tax returns
Project costing and WIP, Weekly Intuit Assisted Payroll
AR/AP. Accrual based accounting system in solar and construction environment
Month end close including, Journal Entries and financial reports for management in project-based environment. . Minimum 2 years' experience using QuickBooks desktop. Proficient in MSOffice products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks. T-sheets, Salesforce experience preferred
Operations Management
Work closely with Operations team on projects execution.
Administrative processes, procedures & compliance (risk management)
Vendor/third-party management, including contract and lease negotiations and compliance
Insurance policies and compliance with required permits & licenses
Some HR oversight including recruiting, employee benefits Etc.
