Job description


We're searching for a Senior Financial Analyst, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you assist department in maintaining a framework in which financial and statistical performance can be continually measured against quantifiable targets established by all levels of authority, ranging from departmental managers to the Board of Directors.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares financial and statistical reports and monitors trends and variances.
Prepares and analyzes reports identifying differences between current actual results, budgeted targets, and prior year actual results.
Prepares ad hoc financial analyses.
Prepares and analyzes existing monthly financial and statistical reports.
Develop new reports and analyses.
Maintains the infrastructure of the PeopleSoft accounting system - updating appropriately when new accounts and departments are added to the organization.
Assists in preparation of financial models.
Coordinates, develops, and maintains budget systems.
Performs special projects as required by supervisor.
Participates actively on teams and/or committees as requested by management.
Skills & Requirements
Required bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related business field
A master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business may substitute for two years of the experience requirement
Required 5 years financial or accounting experience
