Senior Financial Analyst Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the production of reports for leadership to utilize when making strategic decisions. The analyst works under the supervision of the Finance Director of Accounting. This position is also responsible for information used to complete cost reports, provide support with requests related to audits and regulatory requests. The Analyst is required to research, manipulate and analyze large quantities of data to successfully provide meaningful analytics and reports. This position requires the ability to organize effectively, accept change on a routine basis, review and critically analyze data to ensure accuracy
Senior Financial Analyst Position Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in accounting required.

Experience
  • Minimum of three years of healthcare finance experience is required

Senior Financial Analyst Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
