Job description

About Zentech Manufacturing

Zentech is one of the leading and most highly certified U.S.-based Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers in North America. We support original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of medical devices, aerospace and defense products, and industrial equipment with engineering and manufacturing solutions spanning product design, printed circuit board layout, test development, and manufacturing support through the entire product lifecycle.

Our work is unseen but vital, including support for domestic and foreign military customers who rely on our technical expertise to keep warfighters safe and the nation's networks secure. Zentech has built deep strengths in manufacturing high-reliability, high-complexity, low-to-medium-volume printed circuit boards and box builds, with best-in-class scalability to higher-volume production. Proudly Made in America, our team works together every day in support of the country's lives and liberties.

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing the financial insight, analysis, and reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the company — including regular reporting to Zentech’s private equity ownership group and lenders. This position requires a strong command of financial and technical accounting principles, sharp analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing and/or government contracting environment. Reporting to the Corporate Controller and frequently collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst helps ensure financial reporting meets GAAP standards as well as the performance, compliance, and reporting expectations of a private-equity-owned business.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, board presentations, and KPI dashboards
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
  • Monitor working capital and support cash flow forecasting to help maintain lender covenant compliance
  • Support consolidation of financial results across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Assist with financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration support for acquisitions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational efficiency, and prepare materials for senior management and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred, MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or government contracting environment
  • Experience supporting a private-equity-owned or investor-backed company — including sponsor reporting, board packages, and covenant compliance
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, multi-entity consolidations, and technical accounting research
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of accuracy under deadline pressure
