Job Title: Finance Manager, Senior Job Category: Finance and Accounting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Finance Manager Senior to support logistics operations across the Indo-Pacific. The Finance Manager, Senior serves as CACI's senior financial management professional responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all program financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and contract financial compliance. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this position provides financial leadership to ensure effective stewardship of program resources while supporting the successful execution of Government requirements.

The Finance Manager, Senior works closely with Government customers, program leadership, project managers, program controls, contracts, accounting, procurement, and subcontractors to provide financial oversight, monitor program performance, and support informed business decisions. This position ensures financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting while promoting efficient execution across multiple projects and operational locations. Responsibilities: Manage all program financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Develop and maintain program budgets, estimates at completion (EACs), and financial forecasts. Monitor program cost, funding, revenue, and profitability to ensure financial performance objectives are achieved. Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions to program leadership.

Support Program Managers with financial planning and execution of Task Delivery Orders. Prep are and present financial reports, metrics, and executive briefings. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and Government financial regulations.

Coordinate financial activities with accounting, contracts, procurement, and program controls personnel. Review labor, subcontractor, travel, and other direct costs for accuracy and compliance. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful program execution.

Support proposal development, basis of estimates (BOEs), pricing activities, and financial reviews. Monitor funding status and support contract modifications and financial change management. Lead financial audits and support internal and external compliance reviews.

Mentor finance and program control personnel while promoting financial accountability and continuous improvement. M Maintain effective relationships with Government customers, corporate leadership, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors Degree Minimum 8 years of experience supporting financial management, program control, accounting, budgeting, or Government contract financial operations.

Experience supporting Department of Defense or other Federal Government programs. Experience managing program budgets, forecasting, cost analysis, financial reporting, and contract financial compliance. Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government and corporate leadership on financial performance and program execution.

Active Secret Clearance Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed Government programs or defense contracts. Experience utilizing Deltek Costpoint, Cobra, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other financial management systems.
