Job Title: Senior Associate, Investor Services
Locations: Evansville, IN - Hybrid
About the Role
As the backbone of the investment world, SS&C is committed to excellent client service and our Investor Services teams are fundamental to the delivery of that service. They work closely with our clients by instructing cash movement, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating service delivery, and processing transfer and record updates for our hedge fund clients.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Review investor statements before client review
  • Approve investor contract notes and statements for distribution
  • Handle daily/routine client information requests via email and phone
  • Review and process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, assignments and contact changes
  • Prepare wire transfer instructions in accordance with investor and/or fund management instructions
  • Process cash, money movements, and reconciliations
  • Support the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the team, client and auditors
  • Train employees when appropriate
  • Ability to analyze, establish and review new client launch and conversion fund data

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar field
  • 2-4 years' experience in financial/client services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hedge funds or private equity is a plus
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel
  • Team player mentality with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities
