Job description

Basic Function Efficiently operate all automatic multi-color presses (Sias and Conquest).

Specific Duties

  • Skilled in operation of multicolor screen-printing equipment.
  • Direct personnel: staging screen, ink, and stock prior to schedule.
  • Press run with allotted time for any repairs
  • Assist/direct set-up as necessary
  • Direct and perform maintenance โ€“ daily, weekly and monthly maintenance to be performed by operator, all others to be performed by maintenance department.
  • Report production results daily.
  • Communicate and delegate in a professional manner.
  • Run production jobs to BGS and customer requirements.
  • Complete all necessary documentation.
  • Report any policy infractions, press malfunctions, quality issues, and/or accidents to your supervisor
  • Responsible for housekeeping around the multicolor presses
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Other duties as assigned
