About the Role

Inpro is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Muskego campus. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion equipment to produce high-quality profiles and components that meet customer and product specifications. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and committed to producing consistent, quality results.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and tear down extrusion lines, including preparing materials and equipment for production.

  • Operate extrusion presses to produce a variety of shapes such as tubes, moldings, and strips.

  • Fill hoppers with raw materials and monitor process parameters such as temperature, conveyor speed, and lubrication.

  • Make color adjustments according to product specifications.

  • Inspect product dimensions and quality to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas within the extrusion department.

  • Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Report safety concerns or non-conforming materials to leadership.

  • Support departmental efficiency and cost-conscious operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.

  • Produce quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.
