The Assistant Executive Director is responsible for supporting the Executive Director with the overall leadership, management and success of the community.
Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance and Regulatory compliance
  • Ensures outstanding Resident engagement and participates in resolving issues and concerns
  • Financial review and monitoring ensuring business targets are met
  • Support of the Sales Team Members ensuring community meets occupancy expectations
  • Assists ED in overseeing all departments and taking responsibility for efficient operations and compliance with the financial and budget goals of the community

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Health related field.
  • Prior leadership experience (with the senior care industry preferred).
  • Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations, supervision and discipline.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.
  • Administrator License/certification may be required per state requirements.
