As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be the single-threaded owner of high-profile, complex live sports properties-driving strategy and execution that transforms advertiser outcomes and viewer experiences across global events. Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-profile live sports properties, including multi-year roadmap planning, launch coordination, optimization, and continuous innovation

Partner with and influence senior leaders across Sales, Monetization, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver exceptional ad experiences and resolve cross-organizational conflicts

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll blend strategic planning with hands-on execution across marquee sports properties. We are a fast-growing, cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising across Amazon's live sports properties. Our team spans Property Management, Product, Go-to-Market, and Engineering, working together to deliver innovative ad experiences for advertisers and viewers alike. We are builders and owners-moving quickly, solving complex problems, and raising the bar on what live event advertising can be. You'll join a group committed to scaling and shaping the future of live sports advertising at Amazon, working alongside colleagues who are passionate about solving intricate challenges and delivering measurable impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of live streaming, production operations, or broadcast advertising workflows

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
