Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud - Manufacturing & SCM
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the liaison between business and IT teams to identify needs, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions across supply chain and manufacturing operations
* Oversee the utilization, support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle OTC, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, and Blue Yonder systems
* Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and business processes, focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability
* Conduct business process analysis and needs assessments to align technology solutions with operational objectives
* Support strategic IT initiatives, including system enhancements, e-commerce expansion, and change management efforts
* Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues within Oracle and Blue Yonder environments
* Write and maintain functional specifications and business requirements documentation for new and existing system
* Participate in the full system lifecycle including configuration, testing, deployment, validation, and post-implementation support
* Manage and coordinate support efforts and project activities across business systems teams
* Develop and maintain enterprise application support for ERP, Manufacturing, OTC, warehouse management, and other business-critical systems
* Support application architecture and design activities to meet evolving business requirements
* Lead stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful project execution and user adoption
* Create reports and provide insights on system utilization, opportunities for improvement, and future enhancements
* Assist with end-user training, knowledge transfer, and system adoption initiatives
* Provide support for production and development environments, including after-hours support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience supporting and enhancing enterprise ERP and business application platforms within complex operational environments
* Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role supporting large-scale enterprise systems
* Hands-on experience supporting modern cloud-based ERP solutions and enterprise business applications
* Experience with supply chain, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, or operations-focused software platforms
* Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain business processes
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
* Experience leading projects, initiatives, teams, or cross-functional business and technology efforts
* Ability to work with confidential business data and sensitive operational information
* Understanding of enterprise business processes, operational workflows, and financial systems
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
* Experience supporting procurement, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or related operational applications
* Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, systems modernization efforts, or business transformation initiatives
* Experience supporting organizational change, process improvement, and user adoption programs
* Knowledge of data governance, system controls, information security, and application integrity best practices
* Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory operations
* Understanding of enterprise system integrations, data flows, and interconnected business applications
* Experience supporting user experience improvements & application modernization efforts
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
