Must have experience with NoSQL/MongoDB/Cassandra and heavy Java. P

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer for Performance and Enterprise Engineering group to Architect, Design and Develop metrics and reports dashboard platform. Candidate is responsible to design a solution that addresses the stakeholder requirements for reporting, monitoring and alerting needs. This position requires expert design and programming skills with hands-on experience and a mindset for innovation and automation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with various stakeholders across multiple business units to architect, design and build reporting and monitoring solutions that provide leaders with information necessary to achieve business goals and objectives.
Build data extraction and manipulation solutions and tools from different sources to analyze data sets, assess data integrity, and provide meaningful insights that drive actions / decisions.
Create metrics and reporting dashboards to support cross organizational needs.
Produce / deliver recurring and non-recurring metrics & reporting products ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery - report creation and distribution, dashboard development.
Work with Cloud and containerization technologies to Containerize and Deploy dashboard solutions into Cloud environment.
Responsible for building dashboard solutions for monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting capabilities of CI/CD pipelines and the health of lower and higher environments.
Monitor uptime, stability and performance of our non-production environment and its dependencies.
Required Skills:
8+ years of strong development experience in Java with knowledge of Object-oriented development, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java libraries, data structures, collections, Garbage collection, concurrency, thread and Multithreading.
Experience with architecting and delivering end to end enterprise J2EE solutions
Experience building web based data driven dashboard applications.
Knowledge of development and build framework such as Spring, JPA/Hibernate, Maven and Struts.
Minimum 2 years of ESB or Web Services experience.
Experience with Service-oriented architecture including SOAP, REST, JSON and/or Thrift.
Experience in using XML, XQuery, XML Schema, XSLT and XPath.
Expertise in one or more of: C/C++, C#, Python, PHP, Ruby, Perl, etc.
Experience working with Databases, SQL and Stored Procedures.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
Deploying and maintaining software applications in the Linux environment.
Experience with Apache Tomcat or server side components.
