What You'll Do:

  • Lead complex environmental assessment and remediation projects across the Carolinas, from strategy through execution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders on technically challenging, high-stakes work
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business growth initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership and quality review for reports, proposals, and deliverables
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff, helping build future leaders within the organization
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, team development, and continuous improvement efforts
