What You'll Do
You'll work on a small team building high-performance, mission-critical devices with low-latency communication requirements. Axon has a portfolio of robust imaging and communication products that help law enforcement do their jobs and keep people safe every day. In this role, you'll develop embedded networking firmware for Linux- and Android-based platforms.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 5+ years of experience building software for Embedded Linux or Embedded Android
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ and/or Rust
  • Experience building and optimizing performance-sensitive or real-time systems where latency and reliability matter
  • Experience working with networking, connectivity, or communication protocols in production systems
  • Systems-level experience building software for resource-constrained or connected devices
  • Track record of partnering across software and hardware to solve complex systems-level problems
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity in an early-stage, new product environment

$141,000-$216,600 USD
