ield).10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership
role.Deep technical expertise with medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution equipment, PDUs, and substation sy
stems.Strong knowledge of UL, ANSI, IEEE, NEC, and similar codes/stan
dards.Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex electrical pro
jects.Experience driving process improvements within engineering or manufacturing environ
ments.Ability and willingness to travel regularly to Dallas and Ontario during the wor
kweek.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abil
ities.
