Join a highly respected manufacturing operation where your technical expertise will directly improve plant reliability, safety, and operational performance. This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement, and taking ownership of critical plant systems.

In this onsite role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for electrical and instrumentation equipment, partnering with operations and maintenance teams to improve reliability and minimize downtime. You'll lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA), develop practical long-term solutions, and support commissioning activities focused on plant improvements rather than capital project execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience in an industrial manufacturing or processing plant.

  • Strong hands-on field or plant experience with troubleshooting and equipment reliability.

  • Proven expertise performing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.

  • Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert for plant electrical and instrumentation systems.

  • Commissioning experience supporting operational and reliability improvements.

  • Passion for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is welcomed.

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, retirement savings with company match, and additional long-term incentive opportunities.

  • Generous paid vacation, scheduled days off, holidays, and floating holidays.

  • Full financial relocation assistance to Geismar, Louisiana.

If you're looking for a role where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will have a lasting impact on plant performance, we'd love to hear from you.
