Job description

Overview:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing technology and manufacturing company that specializes in delivering innovative products and software solutions to our global clients. Our team is passionate about creating cutting-edge products that drive business growth and enhance user experiences. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics/Electrical Engineer to join our talented team and contribute to our ongoing success. The Senior Electronics/Electrical Engineer will work under the direction of the development project leads to estimate, design, test, debug and document the hardware applications. You will also be contributing to new features as you grow into our team and become a core contributor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Lead electrical design of new products: requirements, architecture, schematic capture, and PCB layout direction (multilayer, high-speed, and RF-aware boards).
  • Collaborate with design team during concept, hardware/software architecture, and implementation
  • Bring up and debug prototypes — power rails, embedded interfaces, signal integrity, and wireless subsystems.
  • Own design verification and validation: build test plans, run bench characterization, and resolve issues found in EMC, environmental, and reliability testing.
  • Support regulatory and qualification efforts (FCC, CE/UKCA, and customer-specific or industry standards as applicable).
  • Write and maintain clear documentation: design records, test reports, and engineering change orders.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in EE/CE/EET or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with an EDA toolset (Seimens/Mentor Graphics or equivalent)
  • Strong analog, digital, and mixed-signal design fundamentals.
  • Solid grasp of signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, and EMC practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic hardware interface development
  • CAN, USB, I2C, RS232, UART, SPI, etc….
  • 2+ years of experience in RF/wireless design
  • BLE, WIFI, Cellular modems, Satcom (Iridium), GNSS receivers, antenna integration, and RF front ends.
  • Experience Debugging hardware issues using standard test equipment: Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, and standard bench debug.
  • Familiarity with telematics, IoT, or connected-device hardware.
  • Experience designing to industrial, automotive, or defense reliability and quality standards.
  • Background in low-power and battery-powered design
  • Must be US Person
