As Lead Software Engineer for Business Systems, you're the senior technical anchor on a young, sharp, AI-accelerated engineering team. You set the architecture, the shared data model, and the quality bar d so the systems the whole company depends on are reliable, scalable, and a pleasure to use.

What you\'ll do
  • Own the architecture and the shared, brand-dimensioned data model across our internal platform.
  • Set engineering standards code review, testing, release discipline and raise the bar for a team early in their careers.
  • Build alongside the team, full-stack: apps, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations (NetSuite, Shopify, EDI).
  • Turn cedil; fast tools that break into one coherent, scalable platform teams trust.
  • Mentor engineers and multiply a team that builds heavily with AI.
  • Partner with the VP of Systems and the business so what we build is what teams actually need.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of software engineering; you\'ve held a Senior, Staff, Lead, or Principal role.
  • Full-stack range you ship web apps, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • You came up somewhere with real engineering standards, and you bring that discipline.
  • Experience building internal business systems and integrations (ERP NetSuite, Shopify, EDI, or data-warehouse a strong plus).
  • You\'ve mentored or led engineers.
  • Pragmatic you scope to impact, manage tech debt, and keep systems from rotting.
Bonus points
  • Ecommerce, retail, or supply-chain domain experience.
  • Fluent building with AI tooling and leading a team that does.
