What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Support the development and execution of public relations programs for Mattel’s portfolio of dolls brands, partnering closely with the Senior Director and cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life through earned channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop communications materials, including press releases, media alerts, briefing documents, Q&As, fact sheets, talking points, and other campaign assets.

  • Support executive social media content development related to Mattel brands, products, and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with external agency partners, helping to manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and industry contacts while supporting outreach efforts that generate positive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and cultural conversations to identify opportunities and insights that inform communications planning and storytelling.
  • Support issues management and communications preparedness efforts by helping develop materials, gathering information, and coordinating stakeholder communications as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, media coverage, and communications results, helping to identify learnings and recommendations for future programs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving business priorities.
