Job description

Summary
The Senior Director of Revenue Management leads Chobani's pricing and revenue management function, reporting to the SVP of Commercial Finance. Chobani's Revenue Management team leads pricing (including price/pack architecture), promotion and trade strategy across Chobani's US product portfolio (including Yogurt, Coffee Creamer, Coffee and future innovation). Revenue Management is responsible for analyzing current Chobani and competitive pricing / promotion strategies and effectiveness and making recommendations to leadership based on that analysis, establishing pricing architecture for any innovation, maintaining price and promotion reporting infrastructure, and leading the decision making, gameplan, and organization of any pricing adjustments.
Revenue Management works with our sales and customer finance teams to assess opportunities in the business and make data-based recommendations. This role is also a key partner to our innovation and supply chain finance functions, working with each to understand key items impacting our input costs and margins now and in the future and what adjustments may be necessary for our business to succeed.
Successful members of our Revenue Management team want to work in a fast moving, high growth environment, have a strong interest and background in Consumer Packaged Goods, and a passion for partnering with sales teams to drive results.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Revenue Management team, a center-of-excellence within Chobani Commercial Finance responsible for driving pricing, promotion, and trade strategy across Chobani's product portfolio
  • Partner with sales and customer finance to assess opportunities within our current business, make recommendations, and execute any necessary adjustments
  • Act as a thought-leader for Chobani's trade program across customers and channels
  • Deeply understand the marketplace for our products, maintaining reporting infrastructure and having a strong point-of-view on past, current and future pricing dynamics
  • Support our annual and monthly planning processes by ensuring any needed adjustments are properly captured in the forecast
  • Build and maintain Chobani tools for assessing promo performance across customers customers, identifying opportunities for improvement / optimization or sources of inefficiency
  • Establish pricing for Chobani innovation utilizing deep research on the marketplace
  • Prepare for regular quarterly and monthly business reviews with senior leadership
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Category, Insights, Marketing, Supply Chain and others to ensure our sales team has the support and tools they need to succeed
  • Identify and drive opportunities for change in our organization, both in external work with customers and internal work on our processes and systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Management experience required
  • 10+ years total experience, with significant focus on pricing and revenue management within Consumer Packaged Goods, including leading a revenue management function
  • Strong understanding of CPG trade: pricing and promotion planning, customer negotiation, etc
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities with cross-functional exposure / experience
  • Track record of being highly customer focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Ability to work with and summarize findings from complex data
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel (less than 20%)

The salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $250,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
