Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY
Rentyl Resorts is seeking a Complex Director of Revenue Management to set commercial strategy across one of Central Florida's most distinctive hospitality portfolios - branded hotels and resorts, independent resorts, and residential-style luxury resorts - under one commercial strategy
This is an uncommon mandate. Most revenue leaders spend an entire career inside a single product type. Here, you'll architect pricing and distribution strategies across different demand curves, guest profiles, and booking behaviors - group and transient, branded and independent, hotel-room and whole-unit inventory - within one integrated commercial function.
This is a genuine seat at the leadership table, not a back-office analytics role. You'll report to the VP of Revenue and partner directly with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership across the portfolio, with a clear runway to shape how revenue management scales as the company grows.
This is a hybrid role based in the Orlando or Boca Raton area.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Strategy & Forecasting - Own the forecasting engine: short- and long-term demand, group and transient pace, occupancy and rate trends, across a multi-property, multi-product portfolio.
  • Distribution Leadership - Set pricing, allocate inventory, and enforce rate integrity across every channel - Direct, OTA, and Wholesale - as new property systems and distribution platforms come online across the portfolio.
  • Revenue Growth - Identify and act on market-mix opportunities - new segments, channel shifts, packaging - that grow revenue without inflating acquisition cost.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership - Translate portfolio strategy into property-specific action alongside GMs, Sales, and Marketing, and represent revenue management on the properties 'executive committee.
  • Systems & Analytics - Own the RMS and reporting stack and set the organizational standard for how data drives pricing decisions.
  • Team Leadership - Build, coach, and develop the revenue management team, with a real succession plan for the next generation of revenue talent.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in hotels or resorts, including 4+ years focused specifically on revenue management.
  • A demonstrated track record managing revenue across a multi-property portfolio, not a single asset.
  • Fluency in RMS platforms (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Newbook), PMS systems, and the analytical rigor to back decisions with statistical and competitive data.
  • Sharp command of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn a data set into a leadership-ready narrative.
  • A bias for speed - comfortable adjusting strategy in real time as market conditions shift.
  • The presence to influence General Managers and senior leadership, and the communication skill to make revenue strategy land with non-revenue audiences.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with independent (non-branded) hotels/resorts Sales, Marketing, Revenue and operations.
  • Direct experience with residential-style luxury resorts - a strong differentiator for this role.

WHY RENTYL RESORTS
Rentyl Resorts manages a growing portfolio of branded hotels and resorts, independent resorts, and residential-style luxury resorts, and outdoor hospitality properties across Central Florida, built on NDM Hospitality's five cultural pillars:
Mutual Success - we win by making sure our owners, guests, and team all win together.
  • Loyalty - a genuine commitment to the people and communities we serve.
  • Work Ethic - we do what it takes, with pride in the outcome.
  • Innovation - we evolve ahead of the market instead of reacting to it.
  • Respect - every associate matter, every day.

This role sits at the center of that growth story - with portfolio diversity, executive visibility, and pace of change that make it one of the more interesting revenue management seats in the Central Florida market today.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus eligibility. Full benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Great Perks and Benefits - Work with a "Win from within company"
NDM Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
